1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing BlockyBoo: Block Drop Puzzle (Application ID: com.blockyboo), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the Application and refrain from using any associated services. You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms if required in your jurisdiction.

2. Developer & Regulatory Notice

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act, the developer, Gourav Choudhury, operates as a registered trader on Google Play (Support: dheeraj@mounts.in).

3. End User License Grant & Intellectual Property

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Gourav Choudhury grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and execute one copy of BlockyBoo on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to BlockyBoo (including but not limited to the game mechanics, 10×10 board algorithms, power-up designs, source code, artwork, audio recordings, sound effects, graphics, and trade dress) remain the exclusive property of Gourav Choudhury and its licensors.

4. Power-Ups & Virtual Gameplay Items

BlockyBoo includes virtual in-game gameplay boosters:

• Hammer: Eliminates any single filled block on the board.
• Line Clear: Wipes an entire intersecting horizontal row and vertical column simultaneously.
• Tray Swap: Discards current tray pieces and loads 3 new shapes.
• Mega Bomb: Detonates a 3×3 blast area destroying blocks within radius.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibitions

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of BlockyBoo.
• Modify, adapt, improve, enhance, translate, or create derivative works from the Application.
• Use automated bots, cheats, memory editors, speedhacks, or unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate game scores, leaderboard data, or power-up counters.
• Circumvent or tamper with ad presentation, security controls, or copy protection mechanisms.
• Distribute unauthorized APK files or host mirrors of BlockyBoo outside the official Google Play Store channel.

6. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

BlockyBoo is provided free of charge and is monetized via advertisements served by Google AdMob (banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded videos).

While we strive to ensure that all advertisements displayed meet appropriate quality and family-friendly standards in accordance with Google Play's Families & Ads Policies:

• We do not control the third-party products, services, or websites promoted in advertisements.
• Interactions with third-party advertisers, including visiting linked websites or installing third-party apps, are solely between you and the advertiser.
• We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any dealings with third-party advertisers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOCKYBOO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

GOURAV CHOUDHURY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE HARDWARE CONFIGURATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOURAV CHOUDHURY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR HARDWARE FAILURE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR PLAY THE GAME.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APPLICATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are an EU resident consumer, mandatory statutory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of BlockyBoo shall first be addressed through informal negotiation by contacting dheeraj@mounts.in.

10. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the Application following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the updated conditions.
